From what I know Vyen is used for religious ceremonies only. There is a Kashmiri Bhajan that goes: 'Vyen Golab Pamposh laagey'. Also, Vinayak in kashmiri gets shortened and nicknamed to Vyen 🙂 Reply

Figured out. This is Horse-mint. Can be used for chutney adding salt and chilli.
